Dear Parents,
Welcome to ODPC English Congregation Children’s Ministry. We pray that your child will enjoy learning about God’s Word and getting to know other children, teachers, and volunteers on Sundays. Our goal is for your child to grow in the knowledge and likeness of Jesus Christ. Our hope and prayer is to partner with you to raise up spirit-filled children who love God with all their heart, soul, mind and strength, so that they will bear lasting fruit for God’s Kingdom.
We believe that God’s desire is for everyone to receive salvation, and that includes little children! In Mark 10:14-16, Jesus said, “ ‘Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.’ And he took the children in his arms, put his hands on them and blessed them.”
We strive to make Sunday school a safe and fun environment for our children to express and demonstrate their faith. We hold in high regard prayer and are committed to intercede for our children on a regular basis. We believe in God’s promises and proclaim His power and goodness by consistently and lovingly sharing His Word and our lives with our children.
